Credentials
Music has been an integral part of Erica's life since childhood. Growing up the daughter of a prominent piano teacher in Wisconsin, music has been a part of everyday life, both professionally and with her family. Erica graduated from Crown College in 2003 with a Bachelor's in Music Education (K-12) and has been teaching private lessons for twelve years. In addition to teaching lessons, she also spent four years in the classroom, as a part-time music teacher at St. John's Lutheran School in Chaska. This was a wonderful opportunity to interact with children of all ages, as well as bring music into their lives in a fun and educational way. She is a member of the Minnesota Music Teacher's Association, Music Teacher's National Association, Minnesota Valley Music Teacher's Association and is the State Contest Chair for the MMTA piano contest held annually.
